Unit D΄ – Beneficiary of Co-financed and National Programme Operations
As the Beneficiary of Operation P6 (under Ministerial Decision 4214/03.03.2026 and Law 5322/2026), Unit D of OPEKA's Directorate of Co-financed and National Programmes implements the Food Aid and Material Deprivation Programme (EVYS), which supports individuals and households experiencing poverty and material deprivation.
Through an indirect distribution system, the programme provides food and basic material assistance in the form of coupons or vouchers, whether electronic or otherwise, giving beneficiaries access to essential goods with dignity and flexibility.
Alongside this, Unit D implements accompanying social inclusion measures designed to improve beneficiaries' quality of life, empower them, and strengthen social participation and cohesion.
By combining material assistance with social interventions, Unit D helps combat poverty and social exclusion.
